EDGE 2023 Affiliate Event Space Request Form

All organizations planning events during the EDGE 2023 Conference must submit this form for approval prior to securing space.

Before space can be reserved, your organization must either be a paid exhibitor in the CSCMP Supply Chain Exchange, a Sponsor, a Corporate Member, or at least 3 people from your organization are already registered attendees for the conference.

Requests will be processed in order of receipt. Space is limited.
The deadline to request event space is Friday, May 5, 2023.
Space confirmations will be emailed on Friday, June 16, 2023. The email will give you the room name and contact information and include a link for payment to CSCMP.
The organization will be responsible for all costs associated with the event, including food and beverage, audiovisual, etc.
The requesting organization will be charged $1,000. A credit card payment authorization form link will be sent in your space confirmation email. The authorization form must be completed and payment received on/by Friday, June 30, 2023, or the space will be released.

Below is the list of the dates and times when events can occur:

Sunday, October 1: Prior to 5:00 PM or starting after 8:00 PM
Monday, October 2: Prior to 7:45 AM or starting after 7:00 PM
Tuesday, October 3: Prior to 7:45 AM or starting after 7:00 PM
Wednesday, October 4: Prior to 8:00 AM or starting after 12:00 PM

Affiliate events may not be held during official EDGE 2023 events.
