Agreement to Conditions of Participation as an ACEP

The applying organization has read and agrees to abide by the CSCMP provisions for being an ACEP and to submit with this application the following documentation.


  1. If an academic institution, description of the established undergraduate and/or graduate business program.
  2. Description of the method of instruction and learning objectives for the proposed ACEP course that illustrates relevancy of the program to supply chain management. Include a description of learning activities. Content of each course must be relevant to supply chain management.
  3. Credentials for instructors for the submitted course such as formal education from an accredited institution and recognized credentials for the specific supply chain functions.
  4. Description of an annual evaluation plan for the submitted course that measures participants' satisfaction and how the feedback will be used to revise the course.
  5. Proposed marketing plan and description or samples of how the ACEP will use CSCMP logos and marketing statements to represent itself as an ACEP for the approved program. The ACEP shall not misrepresent CSCMP, the SCPro Certification program, or other CSCMP materials as their own or imply such an association. Marketing materials must be approved by CSCMP prior to production or dissemination.
  6. Sample certificate of completion or a letter supporting the attendee's participation that includes the course title, course details.

CSCMP will verify that the contact person designated on this application or that person's organization is a CSCMP member.


CSCMP reserves the right to assess the organization's compliance with the provisions and to revoke the ACEP designation of an organization or its courses if it is discovered that the organization or its courses are no longer in compliance.


The application will be reviewed by CSCMP to determine if the organizations meets the criteria to become an ACEP. Submission of this application and the application fee does not constitute the applying organization being designated an ACEP. If eligibility requirements are met, CSCMP will contact the designated person for further discussion. For programs not fully meeting requirements, CSCMP will identify which ACEP requirements have not been met fully.

Once your submission is accepted, a fee of $350 as well as the items mentioned above are to be turned in within 14 days to CSCMP.

Fees and an updated application are due annually.
